The Passport Project is a brand of Girish Chaudhary Associates LLP, with its registered office at Office Block no. 3/51, Sundar Nagar H. Soc., Naranpura Cross Roads, Naranpura, Ahmedabad 380013, Gujarat and its corporate office at A-304, One World Capital, B/h. Rajpath Club, Rajpath Rangoli Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059. We are a private consultancy providing documentation and process assistance for Indian passport services. We are not affiliated with the Ministry of External Affairs, Passport Seva or any Government body.

02. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the services you request:

  • Contact details such as your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and postal address.
  • Application information and documents you choose to share with us for your passport service, such as proof of identity, address and date of birth, existing or previous passport details, photographs and other documents required by the passport authorities.
  • Communication records of your calls, WhatsApp messages and emails with us about your requirement.
  • Technical data: our website has no sign-up, login or enquiry forms and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and performance.

03. How we use your information

  • To provide the services you request, including document review, application preparation, appointment scheduling and process guidance.
  • To contact you about your requirement, application or appointment by phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • To maintain records required for accounting, legal and regulatory purposes.

  • With the passport authorities, including the Passport Seva portal and related government or police authorities, to the extent required to submit and process your application, as instructed by you.

05. Third-party services

  • WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
  • Google services: our website uses Google Fonts, and our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map. Google may receive your IP address and browser information when these load.
  • External links: our website may link to government or other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

06. Data retention

We keep personal information and documents only for as long as needed to provide the service you requested and to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. After that, it is deleted or securely disposed of.
